Depending on availability, bookings can be made anywhere from 2 weeks to 18 months in advance. My calendar fills up quickly, so I highly recommend reaching out as early as possible to lock your date.

Paintings take about 4-5 hours per 30 to 50 guests. If your package includes multiple artists or a larger event setup, I’d love to schedule a quick call to discuss the details and create the best experience possible for your guests. Let's discuss more!
Let's Set Up
I typically arrive 1–2 hours before my scheduled start time to ensure everything is fully set up before guests arrive! Clients are asked to provide a sturdy table and chair at the venue, with a table size of at least 3ft x 3ft preferred.
Clients are also encouraged to provide small decorative details that match the aesthetic of the event, so that my setup blends beautifully with your creation!

Let the party begin! My easy set up of signage and table lighting create a sleek and simple atmosphere for you and your guests to find and enjoy.
I illustrate guests live on 5x7 Watercolor paper, and place in plastic sleeve once finished, for guests to immediately take.
A pre-printed logo, date or other personalization on to each paper can be applied as an add-on.
